NEWS RELEASE:

On 07/31/2000, members of the Franklin County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant on a residence located at 46 W. Dahlgren Street, in the Borough of Greencastle.  The residence is owned by Steven and Michele Anderson.   The search warrant capped a three month long investigation in which an undercover state trooper assigned to the Franklin County Drug Task Force made four purchases of cocaine from Michele Anderson. Three of the cocaine sales occurred in Montgomery Township and the remaining delivery of cocaine occurred in the Borough of Greencastle. 

As a result of this investigation, Steven Anderson was charged with one count each of Possession With Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Michele Anderson was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession With Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and four (4) counts of Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

Both were arraigned before District Justice Shatzer and released after posting bail.
