18 Pa. C.S. §5123(a.1):

Contraband (controlled substance by inmate). A mandatory minimum sentence of two years must be imposed. Effective 9/4/95.

18 Pa. C.S. §6314:
Sentencing and penalties for trafficking drugs to minors. A minimum sentence of either one or three years must be imposed. Effective 7/1/88.

18 Pa. C.S. §6317:
Drug free school zones.  A mandatory 2-4 year sentence must be imposed.  Effective 6/25/7.

18 Pa. C.S. §7508:
Drug trafficking sentencing and penalties. A minimum sentence of either one, two, two and one-half, three, four, five, seven or eight years must be imposed when the defendant is convicted of trafficking (35 P.S. §780-113(a)(30)) in marijuana (two pounds or more), narcotics of schedules I or II (two grams or more), cocaine (two grams or more), methamphetamine (five grams or more), amphetamine (five grams or more) or methaqualone (50 capsules or more). Effective 7/1/88; amended 12/19/90.
